Alto F1743

Alto F1743

The Safari Condo Alto F1743 is the camper we chose so obviously I'm biased! We chose it because it has tons of windows, is light enough to tow with our current car (Subaru Outback XT) and has an enclosed toilet/shower combo. They offer a lot of options on these include solar panels and lithium batteries (we got both). They have quite a lot of storage in them. We got the optional bunk which makes ours sleep 4. Without that bunk, it sleeps 3. There is a queen sized bed (converts to a lounge/table) but you do have to sleep side to side which means that if you have 2 people sleeping in that bed, someone has to climb over the other to get in and out. We do that with our popup camper too and while it is kind of annoying it wasn't a deal breaker for us. If you have more towing capacity and don't want to climb over someone, consider the F2114 which has a king bed.

About Us

PXL_20210707_184050981.jpeg

We are a busy family who wants to help you get outside and have an adventure. A scientist by training, Bree got interested in travel trailers while we were searching for ours (Ben might call it an obsession). Whatever you call it, that research turned into this website when Bree realized that maybe someone else would listen to her talk about travel trailers! We both love to cook but Ben has mastered the art of organizing our meals and is excited to share those tips here.
